We offer a one year parts and labor warranty on workmanship and honor all manufacturer's warranties on fixtures supplied by Ken Griffin Plumbing Services, Inc., except if repair or replacement is necessary as a result of misuse or neglect. We do not honor the manufacturer's warranties on fixtures supplied by others. On sewer and drain cleaning services, we offer a 30-day warranty, unless the drain is clogged due to misuse or neglect. We do not warranty any sewer pipe that is cracked, separated or otherwise damaged and unusable.
