What is the difference between an estimate and a service call?

We would be happy to schedule an appointment for a free estimate to complete extensive plumbing repairs, replacements, and new installations in your home and business. We come prepared with a fresh pair of eyes, digital camera, measuring tools, and plenty of paper - but won't have the time or tools necessary to thoroughly investigate the source of a significant plumbing problem. We ask that you first schedule a service call with our plumbers to identify the problem. We'll follow up with a written contract outlining the options we have discussed and the related costs, for your consideration. We welcome your questions or concerns and are happy to discuss the project further.
