Video Drain Pipe Inspection

Video inspection equipment allows us to send a fiber-optic camera head through the sewer and drain pipes to assess the conditions of the pipe. We can use a radio transmitter to determine the approximate location and depth of the problem area that could prove helpful in attaining the best price possible to fix the problem since much of the “guesswork” is removed. We can also capture the process on a videotape with recorded audio information. Our company does not currently replace sewer pipes deeper than 5 feet underground.

The cost to complete a one to two hour video inspection of your sewer will typically cost between $467.50 and $685.00.  This includes a flat fee of $250.00 for the use of the equipment.  The camera heads and cables can be easily damaged and need to be replaced often to allow us to get the best possible results.  We do not charge our customers for the repair or replacement of the equipment but do reserve the right to stop the video inspection process if we feel that the condition of the pipes will not allow us to complete the inspection without great risk to your plumbing system or our video inspection equipment.  In that case, a reduced fee of $250.00 will be charged.

Warranty:
We warranty any sewer or drain pipe for 30 days unless it is clogged by human error or conditions beyond our control. Such conditions include but are not limited to the flushing of feminine products, toilet tank and bowl cleaning products, diapers or personal wipes or other items not intended to be flushed. Our warranty does not apply to broken or separated pipes. We do not warranty drains that have reoccurring backup because of grease or large concentrations of food jam them or because of a malfunctioning garbage disposal that doesn't grind up the food properly.
