What to Expect

We will schedule an appointment to come for a free estimate. Completing our online estimate request will give us a bit of important information about your project.

We'll measure the room, note the sizes and locations of windows, electrical outlets, and bathroom fixtures, look for things that might need extra attention- water damaged subfloors, mold, vanities that are too big or too small, electrical outlets not ground fault protected.

We'll leave you a catalog of bathroom packages prepriced with a variety of selections and styles as well as a list of fixtures to add or substitute. Flip over the catalog and create a bathroom from a myriad of beautiful, functional, and high quality products we suggest. Notice that we didn't say “high priced?” That's because working with our designer helps you make good decisions and keep to your budget. Your finished project will only “look” expensive.

Next, we will meet you at our design studio to go over your project and design it to suit your needs and coordinate with the rest of your home.

We will follow up with a contract that lists all of the specifications, selections, and details needed to bring your bathroom to life.

Your signature and first payment will get the process started. We accept personal checks and all major credit cards.

We will order the items and schedule the project once we know the anticipated delivery dates of your materials.

We will arrive between 8:00 and 8:30 am to get started. We will put a protective covering over your furniture and flooring. We can keep your key in a lockbox on the property and store our materials in a location you have provided us. If you don't have any extra space we will bring out materials daily. Trash will be removed promptly and the work area will be left broom clean at the end of our workday.
